I was thoroughly impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the facilities provided. The attention to detail was also commendable, with the rooms stocked with essential items like dish washer tablets and washing powder. The large balconies were a great addition, allowing guests to enjoy sitting outside and taking in the views. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with convenient access to the city and nearby attractions.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The location of the apartment was mind-blowing - just a short walk to the Women's & Children's Hosp and a bit longer walk to Queen St / river front. The kitchenette was super well-equipped and toiletries were provided. The size of the apartment was jaw-dropping with a lovely big deck area and an excellent, fully-equipped kitchen. The interior furnishings were of top-notch quality. The shower was great with good water pressure and the lighting throughout the apartment was really good. It was only a 12-minute walk to Fortitude Valley for night time entertainment. The communication with the staff was super prompt and they anticipated follow-up questions even before I asked. The balcony offered jaw-dropping views of the city. The apartment was fully self-contained with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary cooking utensils. It was also close to supermarkets for grocery shopping. The Roma street gardens across the road were a must-visit, especially to see the water dragons. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious, and it had been recently refurbished. The bed was excellent and the shower was hot with good pressure. There was a bus stop outside and the apartment was fairly close to the free shuttle service. it was a very positive experience!

The location of the apartment was perfect for our event at the Valley, just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the lovely park across the street. While it was a bit far from shops and other places, we had no trouble getting around with the free Springhill Loop bus and pay bus service close by. Our room was comfortable with good furnishings, a spacious bathroom, and clean bedding.
The check, in process as there was no on, site staff available. One reviewer also mentioned issues with parking and locating the car owner.

The apartments at City Park Apartments are seriously awesome. They have everything you need to feel right at home. I loved the kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The flat-screen TV with cable channels was a great addition. Plus, having a desk and washer/dryer in the room was so convenient. It felt like a real home away from home.
I'm not really into DVDs, so having a DVD player in the apartment wasn't really my thing. But hey, some people might enjoy it!

The apartment was a great size and had plenty of amenities like a full kitchen and balcony. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who resolved any issues we had quickly.
The check-in and check-out process was a bit confusing and inconvenient due to limited reception hours. the advertised pool was a disappointment as it was cold and dirty, so we were unable to use it.

Nothing negative to say.

The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our New Year's getaway. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the free internet was a great bonus, and it was easy to connect to. the secure parking was hassle-free and gave us peace of mind. the location was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and activities we had planned for our trip.
The check-in process was a bit disappointing, as we weren't informed about the limited office hours beforehand. the pillows in the room were a bit old and soft, and could use some replacing.

Convenient location and good amenities. Stayed at this serviced apartment over New Year's Eve. the location was great , within walking distance of a lively area and close to a hospital. There was also a bus stop nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. the apartment had good amenities with free parking and wifi , which made a big difference.
Poor maintenance and no onsite staff.
